 Hon. Dr. Babayomi Taiwo (Chairman,   Board of    Directors) A 1979 Medical (M.D) graduate of the University of Skopje, Yugoslavia; He had a Specialist course in Anesthesia at College of Medicine (UCH) in 1982 - 1983. He is formally the President, Nigerian Students Union Yugoslavia 1978/79, President, Association of Private Doctors Oyo State 1993-95. Medical Director, Mobolaji Hospital Groups, Ibadan. Proprietor St. Catherine’s Group of Schools, He won Federal Government Scholarship to study Medicine in Yugoslavia, He is also a Fellow - Association of Private and General Medical Practitioners of Nigeria F.A.G.P. He was an elected honourable member representing Ife North Constituency to Osun State House of Assembly were he also served as Chief Whip for the House. He joined the Board of Oke-Bola Community Bank Nigeria Limited in 1993 and also re-nominated to serve on the Board of Crest Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited in December, 2007.

 Engineer Gregory Busayo Taiwo A Civil Engineer by profession. He graduated in Civil Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1974.  He also bagged MSc. and D.I.C Soil Mechanics & Foundation Engineering from Imperial College, University of London in 1977. He is a member Institute of Civil Engineers (U.K) M.I.C.E; 1980; Institution of Highway Engineers (U.K) MIHE, 1982; Nigerian Society of Engineers MNSE, 1981. He is the current Executive Director TAIKAB Engineers and Builders Ltd.

Dr. (Mrs.) Julianah O. Djan - She attended University of Kiril and Metoda Skopje between 1974-80 where she bagged Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Between 1990-1991, she attended Kings College School of Medicine and Dentistry, London where she bagged MSC in Dental Public Health. She has variously served at Dental Department (Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Accra; University College Hospital, (UCH) Ibadan. Apart from being a serving director at Oke-Bola Community Bank, Ibadan, she is also on the Board of McMartins Fast Food/Restaurant, Accra Ghana, Martins Chemist & Tr. Co. Ltd., Accra Central Ghana and Martin Theodore Djan Estates, Accra, Ghana. She  joined the Board of Oke-Bola Community Bank Nigeria Limited in 1994 and also re-nominated to serve on the Board of Crest Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited in December, 2007. 

Dr. (Chief) Harry Taiwo. O. Ladapo - Director He attended Donestk State Medical between 1973/79 where he bagged Diploma Russian Language as well as Doctor of Medicine (M.D) in Kharkov State University Republic of Ukraine. Between 1982/84, he attended University of Edinburgh as a Trainee Psychiatrist. In 1989, he holds FNMC. He is a Consultant Special Grade 1 at Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba. He has many publications and paper presentations to his credit. He is a member of the following associations: Island Club (Lagos No. 6121), Scout Master, Boys Scout Movement of Nigeria since 1965; Honourary Citizen, Rapid City, State of South Dakota U.S.A 1992, Member Oluyole Club, Lagos; Member Jericho Business Club.  A respectable Chief of Ibadan Land. He joined the Board of Oke-Bola Community Bank Nigeria Limited in 2002 and also re-nominated to serve on the Board of Crest Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited in December, 2007.

 Dr. Olabisi John Oyediran-He had his secondary school education at the famous Olivet Baptist High School Oyo between 1965 –1969, He was a medical student at the Medical School, University of Ibadan/University College Hospital, Ibadan between 1970 – 1976. He had Basic Science Course, Edinburgh Post-graduate Board of Medicine, Edinburgh, Scotland in 1979, Clinical Surgical training at City Hospital & Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh, Scotland between 1980 –1984.  He has served as Registrar, Senior Registrar, Consultant and Senior Consultant in Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon. He is a Fellow, Royal College of Surgeon and Physician, Glasgow, U.K, Member Nigerian Medical Association; Otorhinolaryngological Society of Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. He joined the Board of Crest Microfinance Bank in 2008.

 Barrister Oyegoke, Adetokunbo Adedayo Mr. Oyegoke, Adetokunbo Adedayo graduated from Holborn Law Thjors (University of London) 1982, Graduated from Nigeria Law School 1983, Colleg of Law, York 1991. His working experience; J.A. Oyegoke & Co., Ibadan, NYSC State Counsel, Ministry of Justice, Lagos and Presently Howards Solicitors London NW6 2QH as a Senior Partner. 

Management Staffs 

Akinyemi Abiodun Taiwo (Managing Director)He had an Ordinary Higher National Diploma (HND) at the Polytechnic, 1994 (HND Banking and Finance). He bagged Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at University of Ado-Ekiti in 2003. He is also a member of Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management, and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (PII final). He has attended various courses relating to Credit Administration, Treasury Management. He has facilitated various training programmes on Banking and Management. He previously work with FundLink Finance & Investment (Manager), Bodija Community Bank as Manager, and ECB Microfinance Bank Limited as Head of Credit, Marketing and Product Development before coming over to Crest Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited in 2004. He has over twenty five years banking and related experiences. 

Mr. Shittu Adebayo  (Manager- Okeho Branch) Mr. Shittu, Tunde Adebayo graduated from University of Ibadan, He had his Masters in Managerial Psychology also at University of Ibadan. He is a Student Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria also Professional Member Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). His working experience; He worked with Wema Bank Plc, Nigerian Hoechst Plc, Ikeja Lagos and national Youth Service Corps Delta State (Teaching). His hobbies are Traveling, Driving, and Playing Football. 

AKINNIRAN AKEEM:(Head of Operations & Business Development) He is a holder of Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Osun State Polytechnic (2003). He had his one-year industrial attachment with the bank after completing Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in 1999. and he has since been in the service of the bank till date. Currently is the Head of Accounts and Operations.  

ELUSAKIN JULIUS AYOOLA (Head, Audit and Compliance)He is a holder of Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HND) from the Polytechnic Ibadan (2000).  He is a member, Association of Accounting Technician Scheme (AAT). He has a distinct working experience with Olofin Community Bank between 1995-97.  He   served as an Audit Trainee with Sannmi Olatunbosun & Co (Chartered Accountants) 1998 - 2000. He joined the service of Oke Bola Community Bank, now Crest Microfinance Bank in 2004 and he is currently serving the bank in the capacity of Head, Audit and Compliance. He is a registered student member of Institute of Chatered Accountant of Nigeria.

SANNI FATAI BABATUNDE (Head, Marketing & Relationship Management) He is currently pursuing a degree programme at Olabisi Onabanjo Unversity, Ago Iwoye, Ogun state. He has atttended Government Technical College Ijebu-Igbo in 1990. He joined the service of Crest Micro finance  Bank Nigeria Limited in 1993 and rose gradually to the current position of Head, of Operations and Businesses Development at Ido Cash Centre. He has attended various in-house and other scheduled training programme by various regulating authorities. He is widely traveled.

 

OLANREWAJU OLUSINA BAYO (Acting Head, Accounts and Reconciliation)Olanrewaju joined the service of the then Oke- Bola Community Bank as an Industrial Attachment Officer after completing an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from Federal Polytechnic Offa. He later obtained his Higher National Diploma  (HND Accountancy) in year 2005 from the same institution. He has over eight years on the job experience by the time he was promoted to his present position. He has virtually worked in all departments of the then Oke-Bola Community Bank now known as Crest Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited. Olarewaju is a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
