He joined the service of the Oke-Bola Community Bank as an Industrial Attachment Officer after completing an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from Federal Polytechnic Offa. He later obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND Accountancy) in 2005 from the same institution. He has over eight years on the job experience by the time he was promoted to his present position. He has virtually worked in all departments of the then Oke-Bola Community Bank now known as Crest Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited. Olanrewaju is a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
