She attended University of Kiril and Metoda Skopje between 1974-80 where she bagged Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Between 1990-1991, she attended Kings College School of Medicine and Dentistry, London where she bagged MSC in Dental Public Health. She has variously served at Dental Department (Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Accra; University College Hospital, (UCH) Ibadan. Apart from being a serving director at Oke-Bola Community Bank, Ibadan, she is also on the Board of McMartins Fast Food/Restaurant, Accra Ghana, Martins Chemist & Tr. Co. Ltd., Accra Central Ghana and Martin Theodore Djan Estates, Accra, Ghana. She joined the Board of Oke-Bola Community Bank Nigeria Limited in 1994 and also re-nominated to serve on the Board of Crest Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited in December, 2007.
